By accessing or using the Chef Thomas Godfrey website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Products and Orders
- **Product Information:** All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- **Order Acceptance:** We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
- **Perishables:** Due to the nature of caviar, all sales are final upon dispatch, except in cases of damage or clear defect upon arrival, which must be reported immediately (see Section 4).
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.
4. Shipping, Refunds, and Damages
- **Delivery:** We guarantee the "cold chain" up to the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or to provide clear instructions for safe drop-off. We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery instructions are not followed or if the product is left unattended for too long after delivery.
- **Claims:** Claims for damaged goods must be made within 4 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
