1. Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order of fine caviar with the utmost care, ensuring the **cold chain is maintained** from our facility to your door.

1.1. Processing and Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • All shipments are meticulously packaged with **thermal insulation and gel packs** to maintain temperatures below 40 **degrees Fahrenheit** (4 **degrees Celsius**).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

1.2. Delivery Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that **someone is available to receive the package** on the scheduled delivery date.
  • We are **not responsible for spoilage** if the delivery is delayed or missed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information.
  • Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, we are no longer responsible for theft or damage.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are **final** unless the item arrives damaged or is visibly defective.

2.1. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@chefthomasgodfrey.store within **4 hours** of delivery time, as recorded by the courier.
  • Your claim must include clear **photographic evidence** of the damage to both the product and the packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item(s).

2.2. Non-Refundable Items

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to taste preference, improper storage after delivery, or missed deliveries.
